Can I cancel my order?
If the order is not shipped, we support free cancellation. We cannot intercept the package and return it after shipment, so we cannot cancel it for you.
I have files can be printed directly, how to send to you?
Please tell us the size you want. The pixel of the picture is best more than 3000px * 3000px, or the resolution at least 300dpi, otherwise the print will be blurry. Please send the attached photo to cs@avezanobackdrop.com or support@avezanobackdrop.com. And attach your order number.
How to hang?
We add pockets on the top by default for easy hanging, if you don't need it, please make a note on your order.
When will the goods be shipped after purchase?
Hi, production needs 1-3 working days, if you need urgent delivery, please contact customer service.
How long does logistics take?
Fast shipping 4-7 business days, slow shipping 10-15 business days, logistics are sometimes delayed, we cannot control the carrier's shipping delays, and we cannot "speed up" their delays, if it is close to your scheduled time, we recommend choosing fast shipping.
How do I return it ?
If the product has quality problems, please take a photo and send it to customer service, we will provide you with a return address for free return.If there is no quality problem, you need to pay postage for the return.
