Returns & Refund
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the cancel & exchange & return process super easy.

Please review the below information regarding our return policy and contact us if you have any
further questions!

1.How do I cancel order?
We will start processing your order within 24 hours of receiving it. (Orders placed on Saturday will be delayed until the following Monday) If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@avezano.com after placing the order.
Please note that we cannot cancel the order if it has already been produced.
2. What products in the store can be returned?
The special products and shooting props in the VIP activities are not supported for return, if we send the wrong product or due to our mistake, you get a damaged product, please contact us to resend one to you or return it, please make sure the submitted photo is not blurred or obscured.
If our items are not damaged or incorrect when you receive them, we do not accept any returns. Due to the special nature of our backdrop products, we cannot make secondary sales. If you want to make a return, we do not cover your return shipping cost, please contact our customer service for return.

3. How long is the time period within which the customer can return the product?
Our return,exchange &refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

4. Under what circumstances can the customer return the product?
(1) Within 30 days of order date
(2) In original condition: resell-able
(3) Unused or undamaged
(4)In the original packaging
Note: If it is our problem, we will pay the shipping cost, if not, you need to pay for your own postage

5. What can we do if we need to return an item due to the merchant's reason?
If your order has a problem, contact us by emai or through the contact page. DO NOT ship back products without authorization through the return process. We can resolve all issues with you quickly and with personal attention.

Solution: We replace it!
If you receive your product from us with above issues, please hold the product and all packaging. With your cooperation and photo of your package and item(s) we will investigate, offer a solution and ship out any replacements needed.

6. Which party shall be responsible for the shipping cost when the product is returned?
Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless products are defective, wrong.

7. What should I do if I want to exchange or reprint?

Please provide your order number and photos of the product you received. If the product is defective/damaged, we can replace it for free. If there is no problem with the product, the replacement needs to be returned, and you will pay the return postage.
8. How do I get a refund?
Our refund policy is only applicable to successful returns. When completing the physical or online Return / Exchange Form, you may choose to be refunded via your original payment method.
Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have opted for a refund via the original payment method, please allow up to 7 business days for your account to be credited. If you do not receive your refund after 7 days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information.

9.When will I receive my refund?

After processing your refund, you will receive a refund notification email. The refund time depends on your refund method and bank, usually within 3 working days, if there is a holiday may be delayed, you can call your bank to confirm.

10.How do I get a refund if my credit/debit card is no longer valid or has expired?

For security reasons, refunds are processed only to the original card from which the payment was deducted.
If your original card has expired or is no longer valid, you can contact the card issuer (your bank or card company) for assistance and they can still receive the money on your behalf.
