The order production time is 2-3 working days. Please understand that there will be delays during holidays. Shipping costs vary in remote areas. The final shipping cost will be displayed based on your address during checkout.

Regarding customs
- please familiarize yourself with your country's customs policies. Customs may sometimes charge duties, and they will contact you if necessary. If you are unsure whether the information is genuine, you can contact our customer service for confirmation. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees. If you refuse to pay the customs charges, the package will be either returned or destroyed. In such cases, we will deduct the corresponding fees and process a refund for you. Thank you for your understanding.
About address
- Please check your shipping address carefully during checkout, as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses and we do not ship to PO boxes. (If your address is a PO box, we will email you to ask for the street address and change it for you, please keep the mail available)
- Change of address: If the item has not yet been shipped, you can change your shipping address free of charge by contacting our customer service. However, once the goods are sent, there is a fee to change the address (the specific fee needs to be provided by the logistics party), because we need to pay the third-party logistics provider for this service, some logistics providers do not support changing the address, please contact us when you need to change, we will check for you.
Shipping Delays
- In rare cases, unpredictable shipping delays may occur, and we have no control over the carrier's shipment delays, nor can we "accelerate" their delays. If you're worried that your package won't arrive as expected, it's best to upgrade to Express before shipping. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the logistics company. Due to delivery delays, we will not refund or re-ship. If your order is severely delayed, we will assist you in tracking and possibly filing a lost goods claim.
Delivery Carriers
- We work with leading and reliable carriers such as DHL, USPS, UPS and FedEx to ensure timely delivery. Rest assured that we will select the most suitable carrier for your order.
Lost goods
- If your package has not arrived, or if your tracking information indicates that your package has arrived but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately. If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in tracking and possibly submitting a claim. If it is confirmed missing, we will help you reship or return the item for a refund.
Special goods delivery
- Rubber floor mat: Since the production takes 6-10 working days, please plan your photography time, if you buy with the background, you can contact us to send the package separately for you.
- Stand/props: Sometimes the factory does not have stock, we need to submit the purchase order, it will take about 3 working days to purchase the goods, please wait patiently.
- Hand-painted oil painting: we have a special oil painting staff, painting + air drying paint about 2-3 days, the background is rolled up and shipped, because it is hand-painted, the details may be different, you can contact us before delivery to check the painting background, due to the particularity of the background, we do not support returns for the time being.
